Terms and Conditions
Use of the Service
MVP Factory provides a configurable business application foundation with authenticated dashboard, mobile, organization, records, uploads, reporting, audit, and notification workflows. You may use the service only through an authorized account and active organization membership.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, using accurate information, and ensuring that records, files, and profile data submitted through the service are lawful and appropriate for your organization.
Organization Access and Roles
Organization owners and administrators control member access, roles, and operational data within their workspace. Access may be changed, suspended, or removed when required for security, policy, or business reasons.
Role-based permissions determine whether a user can view, create, update, archive, export, or manage records and members. Audit logs may record important actions for security and operational accountability.
Mobile App and Store Rules
The mobile app must be used according to Google Play, Apple App Store, and applicable platform rules. The base app does not include paid digital goods or in-app feature unlocks by default. If a client enables digital goods or app feature unlocks, compliant store billing must be used where required.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload malicious files, violate another person's rights, or use the service for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Availability and Liability
The service is provided as a reusable application base that may be configured for specific clients. Production deployments should complete client-specific legal, support, billing, compliance, and store-review requirements before launch.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in a client contract, and liability is limited to the amount allowed by that contract or applicable law.
