Account and Data Deletion

Requesting Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account data by contacting the configured support address from the email associated with the account. Include the organization name, account email, and whether the request applies only to the user profile or also to organization data controlled by that user.

Organization Data

Records, files, audit logs, and notifications may belong to an organization rather than a single user. Organization owners or authorized administrators must approve deletion of shared workspace data unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Retention After Deletion

Some audit, security, billing, backup, or legal records may be retained for a limited period when required for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or service security.
